Trying to verify on 4G / 5G?
Unfortunately due to constant changes in the IP address on a mobile network (dynamic address), we do not allow any verification as it can be a loophole for alt account verification.
Mobile phone hotspotting as a WiFi network is also not allowed, except for ISPs that offer cellular home SIM if DSL / Fiber is not available.
Solution
Verify on your own personal home network with a DSL Broadband / Fiber network.
Residential home internet networks are pre-set by your Internet Service Provider (static address).
Exceptions
If your home internet is serviced by an ISP who offers LTE / 4G / 5G routers, proof of ownership of the router together with a picture of router and additional details will be required for manual verification.
Approval will be on a case-by-case basis in our Support Server.
